I have had reflexology with Sam. Her cabin is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing the minute you walk in. Sam always has time to listen to you before and after treatment, no rushing. I had problems with my knee(a new problem) and Sam picked it up straight away. Amazing lady and highly recommended.

I have never been someone who believed in complimentary therapies. I am always on the go, snapping at little things, frustrated when things aren’t done and when seeing unfair treatment. I tried my first reflexology with Sam and I could see the results in just a couple of days. The world is better, people are more beautiful and I pay attention to the things that really matter. I can't recommend Sam highly enough! Her reflexology treatment helped me with terrible migraines, back pain and hormonal imbalance. After every session I feel calmer, energised and balanced. The space there it's absolutely beautiful, friendly, calming! I would recommend it for health issues or body, mind and spirit balance, reflexology does it's magic! Thank you Sam!

I had reflexology for the first time today and was (and still am!) totally blown away with the whole experience. From the moment I stepped in to Sam's beautiful cabin, I knew it was going to be nothing like I had imagined. I arrived quite conscious about my feet and not at all sure what to expect but Sam instantly put me at ease with her friendly, calm manner and her professionalism. She explained clearly what would happen and made me feel so relaxed and safe from the very beginning. After a little chat, Sam sat me in her fabulous zero gravity chair with a heat pad under my back and gave me a lovely soft blanket. That alone had me feeling more relaxed than I had done in ages. Once reclined, with beautiful music playing in the background, I closed my eyes as Sam started working her magic. I don't know how much time passed as I honestly went into such a deep, relaxed state, I don't know if I was semi asleep, awake or what! All I know is I have never felt as relaxed as I did at that moment. I could have stayed there forever. The whole experience was just so amazing it's hard to put into words! You really do need to experience it yourself to truly know what I mean. I honestly didn't realise just how 'knotted' I was, both mentally and physically until Sam's wonderful treatment unravelled me! This was over 8 hours ago and I'm still floating. Long may it last! I am now a true convert. Sam's newest fan (I'm sure she has loads!) and I will be treating myself to the wonders of reflexology on a regular basis from now on. Thank you so, so much for introducing me to this amazing therapy, Sam and for being so good at it! Your passion really does come out in your work. It was lovely meeting you. I can't recommend you enough and I am really looking forward to my next visit! x

I recently visited Sam for my first session of reflexology, in my case this was booked purely for its relaxation benefits. listening to Sam talk about reflexology you can tell she's exceedingly passionate about her work; and this shone through from start to finish. Sam's cabin is a beautiful calming space, I felt instantly at ease and relaxed from the moment I stepped foot (😉) inside. Sam gave thorough explanations of how the treatment would look and how the treatment works. For a newbie I found this very interesting. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and had a long lasting effect. I will definitely be booking again with Sam and would highly recommend her.
